Privacy notice

How we use your information

Red Cow Properties Ltd (company number 16121688, registered office Two Ways, Taddyforde Estate, Exeter, EX4 4AT) is responsible for the personal information you send us through this website or by email.

What we collect and why

When you make an enquiry we collect your name, email address, any phone number you give us, and the details in your message. We use them only to reply to you, arrange viewings and, if you go on to rent from us, to set up your tenancy. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Enquiry form messages are delivered to our inbox by our form provider, Web3Forms. If you rent from us, we share the information needed with our referencing and deposit protection providers. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

If you don't go on to rent from us, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. Tenancy records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@redcowproperties.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
